he Holy Spirit is the Great Commander of the Church here on
earth. Our Lord Jesus Christ promised that the Holy Spirit will be, to us,
another Comforter and that He will abide with us forever. The Holy Spirit is
our Teacher and He is there to always remind us of the scriptures and those
things that our Lord Jesus had said. A study of the Acts of the Apostles will
show how the Apostles acknowledged the Holy Spirit in all they did (Acts
13:1-3, 8:29, 16:6-7, 15:28). Begin to recognize and acknowledge the presence
of the Holy Spirit around you.
A close
walk with the Holy Spirit will certainly make you successful in your Christian
walk. Whenever you want to pray, ask the Holy Spirit to be the Chairman of that
prayer time and you will observe the difference in the quality of that prayer
time (Romans 8:26-27). He is also there to grant you revelations; revealing to
you things to come (John 16:13-14).
Pray
that you will be a friend of the Holy Spirit and invite Him daily into your
efforts.
